Your Servcorp Manager will contact you to confirm that we’ve received your client referral and work with your referral to welcome them to Servcorp.
Once the referral process is completed, your Servcorp Manager will contact you promptly on your commission.

1. After 30 days if we have been unable to make direct contact with your referral or you have never updated the status of the referral with us, the referral will be automatically considered no longer valid.
2. In the case that several agents send the same referral to us, Servcorp will accept the referral that arranged a tour first, unless instructed otherwise by the enquiry.
* Virtual Office and Coworking Commission Payment - Commission is only payable when the client enters their 3rd month from the commencement date. Should the client terminate before this time, the commission is not payable.
1. Payable within 30 days of the client moving in/starting their service and upon the receipt of money for the initial invoice and the signed Service Agreement.
2. Commission will not be paid on renewals or expansions.
3. Pro-rata applies when a contract is not concluded for the entire initial term.
*Virtual Office and Coworking Commission Payment - Where a free trial was provided, commission is payable after 2 months of paid membership following the end of the trial. If a discount has been applied to the monthly fee such as when a 1 year contract is signed, the commission will be equal to the discounted membership fee.
